What does it mean to be “good for a girl”?

In this New York Times bestseller, elite runner and national champion Lauren Fleshman turns her sharp eye and fierce heart on the sports world. Part raw personal memoir and part urgent manifesto, Good for a Girl is an eye-opening journey through the joys, the injuries, and the systemic flaws of competing in a system not built for female bodies.
