Unless you are volunteering with a group that has its own contact person, Carrie will be your point of contact prior to and through the end of the event.
Please email or text Carrie with any questions or concerns. Text is preferred.
If you notice someone was accidentally left off the volunteer information, please let Carrie know so they can receive the proper instructions.
Help Support Our Volunteer Shirt Fund
Those race shirts we all love so much represent a beautiful sea of support, but they do come with a significant cost.
We truly cherish gifting these shirts to our wonderful volunteers so we can fill the entire field with love together! It also warms our hearts to see them worn around town and shared in your photos.
If you feel moved to do so, please consider a donation toward our volunteer shirt fund. Every contribution helps us keep our focus where it matters most: providing even more support to children and families in their fight against pediatric cancer.
π DONATE TO THE SHIRT FUNDDonation QR codes will also be available on race day.
Thank You, Volunteers!
We truly cannot thank you enough for your time, love, and support.
With Gratitude,
Carrie
