Copley Girls Battle at Medina Milt

The Copley Girls Cross Country team battled through a large and competitive field at the Medina Milt Invitational, finishing 14th out of 29 teams on a cool, fast October morning. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ

πŸ”₯ Kaylee Ingratta once again led the charge, placing 5th overall in 19:11, continuing her incredible string of top finishes this season. Ava Capper (21:35), Claire Ingersoll (22:44), and Sienna Harris (22:44) worked tightly together through the middle miles, while Leah Habel (22:49), Peyton Domers (23:06), and Lily Church (23:10) rounded out a strong varsity pack β€” with just under two minutes separating the team’s #2 through #7 runners.

It was another solid step forward for the squad, showing consistency, pack strength, and competitive spirit in one of the area’s toughest meets.

The Copley Boys Cross Country team battled through a deep and talented field at the Medina Milt Invitational, finishing 14th out of 27 teams with an impressive 1:43 spread and a 17:58 team average. πŸ’ͺ

πŸ”₯ Brayden Malpass led the way once again, clocking 16:59 for 17th place, while Al Ali followed close behind in 17:03 for 23rd, keeping Copley strong up front. Antonio Rodriguez (18:25), Zackary Dodson (18:35), and Aiden Tufts (18:41) rounded out the scoring five β€” all within a tight pack that showcased the team’s depth and consistency.

Strong supporting efforts came from Owen Frazee (18:56) and Ian Schlarb (19:16), who continue to add reliability and toughness to the lineup.
