Strongsville Invite

Our Copley Girls Cross Country team had a strong showing at the Strongsville Invitational, placing 9th out of 17 teams in a deep and talented field! 💪

🔥 Kaylee Ingratta led the way with an incredible performance — finishing 2nd overall in 18:35, shattering a 41-year-old Copley school record previously held by Melissa Knabe (18:43)! Huge congrats to Kaylee on this amazing accomplishment! 👏

The varsity pack followed close behind with Ava Capper (21:30), Claire Ingersoll (21:33), Anna Allbaugh (22:45), Anna Eby (22:46), Leah Habel (23:28), and Brynn Driscoll (24:23) — each competing tough and contributing to the top-10 team finish.

XC battled in a tough field of 22 teams, finishing 10th overall in the varsity race at the Strongsville Invitational — and showed huge progress across the board!

🔥 Brayden Malpass led the way with an outstanding 5th-place finish in 15:56, moving up to 7th all-time in Copley history!
⚡ Al Ali came through big with a 24th-place finish in 16:37, a massive PR that now ranks him 15th all-time at Copley!
📈 The rest of the varsity lineup packed up well, with Owen Frazee (17:23), Griffin Morrison (17:34), Antonio Rodriguez (18:07), Zackary Dodson (18:18), and Aiden Tufts (18:42) all putting together strong PR performances on the fast Strongsville course.
